Thursday tip - water edition



If you have trouble getting in enough water in a day, try these great tips:

Add fruit - lemons, limes, strawberries or even cucumbers will add a nice flavor to the water and make it easier to drink

Get a cute water bottle - keep it with you everywhere you go.  There are tons of adorable water bottles out there.   Some with flowers or other designs.  You are going to be using it daily - it's worth the cost!

Add ice - it seems that in the hot weather, it is easier to drink cold things.  So, ice it up!

Filter it - get a Brita filter ( my favorite) and get good tasting water each and every time!


You should be drinking 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water daily.  Minimum of 64 oz and maximum of 100 oz.

Drink up!
