I first saw the trailer of this movie with Lec a few months ago and he was so excited about it. I'm not really a fan of sci-fi movies but I was willing to give it a try. We didn't realize then that he won't be here anymore by the time it came out so I was ok to not watching it anymore. He did end up still watching it by himself (awww...) and said it was really good. I've heard many good reviews about it and everyone I know who have seen it has high praises as well.

So what the heck...since the movies will soon switch to the Manila Filmfest ones come Christmas, my brother, his girlfriend and I headed to Town to see this for ourselves. Good thing that Town now has 3D theater, we didn't have to go all the way to MOA. I must say, the movie was really good and having it in full 3D was definitely a plus.

I'm still not a fan of sci-fi but if it's as good as this, why not!
