early christmas

Today was one of those rare days that I was actually happy to go to work - it's my last working day for the year (yey!) and I'm so looking forward for the long holiday vacation. I've been working my a** off these past days just to finish all the design updates and what not so that I won't leave anything pending before I go on break. I don't wanna be stressed on a Friday, especially just before the holidays! Hehehe.

So today, I just had to wrap things up and hand it over to my India counterparts. I was busily going through my mail, crossing off the issues we've resolved from my list and jotting down some last minute things I need to update when I noticed Chally, Vane and Ochie standing by my cube. I didn't get it at first until Vane handed me this:

Awwww! This day can't get any better! :) Turns out, he has been planning this all along and got the help of my friends (thanks, guys!) to make it happen. The moment I saw the bag, I knew what it was...

I've wanted to get this for myself (and even showed it to him one time) but I kept on putting it off...turns out there's a reason for it! Hehehe. It's an early Christmas for me indeed but how I wish he was here to make it perfect.

I hope he likes what I got him...it has been delivered already to his apartment but he won't get it until the 24th. I've asked his roommate to keep it for now. Hehehe.
