online shopping

It has been raining the past days and it made me quite lazy to go out. It was the perfect weather to just stay in bed, relax and do nothing. Since it was a holiday yesterday, I managed to get myself to go to Town for some shopping (even if it was still raining) but unfortunately, nothing really interested me. I just ended up getting a dress for work and that's it. Sadness!

I was still in the shopping mood so I went for the next best thing - Amazon! We're starting to fill up yet another box (the other one was just shipped last week) so what good timing it is. I spent a couple of hours adding stuff to my cart and it was quite hard to decide which ones to get first! Since it would take about a month or two before the box ships out, I'm not really in a hurry to buy everything all at once - that would also give me time to decide if I really, really like to get them.

I finally ordered the first batch (take note of 'first'...there's still a lot to follow!) which included some books (all in hardbound)...

and a couple of chick flicks...

Not bad for my first haul. I still have a couple more books, DVDs and Lego sets (so worth getting this at Amazon for more than half off compared to how much it costs here!) waiting in my cart. Til my next shopping spree! :)
