out of stock?!

Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse Series is one of my favorites but until now, I only have the ebook versions. With my thing for having same book covers especially for a series, I haven't found a complete set in the same release yet.

The local bookstores have the cartoon-ish version which I'm not fond of:

There's another version, this time based on the HBO TV series, True Blood, which I like better but not all books are available here. Then last night, while browsing thru Amazon, I found a boxset of the TV series version!

I likey! I immediately added it to my cart but didn't buy it yet coz I wanted to look for some other stuff to add to my order. Then just this morning as I decided to go thru with the purchase, I suddenly got a notification that the boxset is TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK! Waaaah! I should have bought it last night :( Sadness :( There's usually a comment indicating how many are left if the stock is low but this didn't have one so I didn't worry. Big mistake. Lessons learned: click Check Out immediately once you see something you really, really like!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed and checking Amazon every now and then to see if they have it back in stock already. This time, as soon as I see that it's available, I'll buy it right away!
