Day 4: Best Friends

I don't limit myself into having just 1 best friend - it's setting the expectations too high. Over the years, a lot of people have come into my life. Some were just passing by, some left but there were some who stayed and made an impact in my life and made me into who I am today. I personally don't go by numbers, but those few who stayed who I consider as true friends, my best friends, are those who matter.

Chikalakleng: Highschool is indeed the best days of my school life. And having these girls around truly made those 4 years in St. Scho memorable.

DLSU Marketing Management B16 blockmates - these girls pulled me through countless papers, presentations, exams and thesis! For 10 terms, we've been there for each other, supporting each one and making sure that we made it to the dean's list each term. Our hardwork paid off and we graduated with honors in the end :)

*****

The DLSU Chamber Ensemble - 1998-2001: they're literally my college life. I can't imagine how college would have been without the Chamber Babies. From 3x-a-week rehearsals, hanging out in W210, to campus performances, wedding receptions, concerts, recitals...nothing beats sharing your passion for music with friends.

*****

Accenture buddies: What made me stay in my first and so far only job for 8 years is not really the work itself but the people I work with. We've gone beyond coding, reviews and deadlines. They're the reason I still manage to wake up each day and bring myself to work when I feel that I just had enough. On a side note, I've consistently loved pink, Ochie is indeed the purple girl and Ros had a thing with yellow :)

*****

Andrea and Cristy: Need I say more? :)

They say that a true friend will take the bus with you when your car breaks down...and I know that these folks will not just take the bus with me, but even drag me to the MRT :)
