chocolate and mango

I met up with Ochie, Ros, Joel and Sharon at MOA before heading to the highlight of our afternoon. After our wings and pizza lunch at Don Henrico's, we headed upstairs to Sebastian's for some dessert. I was pretty excited as we sat down and got the menu...I love their ice cream and for sure, their sundaes would be really good!

There were a lot of interesting stuff (I'd like to try their fondue next time!) but hands down was this deadly chocolate creation aptly named as Chocapocalypse - warm chocolate brownie, topped with chocolate ice cream, smothered with chocolate sauce and topped with chocolate shavings...death by chocolate it is! What we liked about this was it wasn't too sweet considering that it's all chocolate.

To balance out the chocolate, we got a 'healthier' sundae as our second dessert. This time it's all about mangoes...vanilla bean ice cream with fresh mangoes, mango syrup topped with whipped cream. I loved how sweet the mangoes were.

I wish they'd open up an ice cream studio at Town, and not just a scooping station. I'd love to try their other ice cream creations ;)
