100 things that make me happy - Part 9

This is getting harder and harder! Here's my second to the last installment...

81. Scrapbooking - capturing the memories and unleashing my creativity is the best "me time" activity. I prefer the old-fashioned "cut and paste" scrapbooks over the digital "drag and drop" ones. I can spend an entire day scrapping as I relieve the fun moments captured in those priceless photos.

82. Family dinners - may it be a complete home-cooked meal, a simple Chinese takeout or eating out in a fancy restaurant, nothing beats sharing good food with the people who matters the most.

83. Planning a vacation - it gets me all excited when I book my flights and plan out the itinerary.

84. Putting up the Christmas tree - it has been tradition that we put up the tree and decorate the house for the holidays on the last day of November - not a day earlier, not a day late. This is always a national holiday so it's a given that my mom and I spend the entire day sprucing up the house for Christmas.

85. Christmas shopping - despite the long lines, the tons of people in the malls and the whole holiday rush, I look forward to making my list and shopping for my friends and family for Christmas.

86. Christmas eve dinner - I'm always assigned in setting up the table and I enjoy putting out the best Christmas china and going all out with everything red and green. This is one dinner no one misses. Having the entire family together on Christmas eve is one of my happiest moments.

87. Clueless - this is a classic. One of my all-time fave! Brings me back to my younger years when I was still 'clueless' and didn't need to worry about bills, clients, deadlines and basically being a grown-up.

88. Midnight chats - I love chatting and catching up with my best friend in the US just as she is starting her day and as I'm about to end mine.

89. Fitting into my skinny jeans - or any clothing I haven't worn for some time that now fits perfectly!

90. Food Network - my favorite channel in Lifestyle Network! Whenever I'm in the US, this was what I watched 99% of the time. Anything on food is love! :)
