...and that's the last of it!

One of the 'seasons' I hate the most at work is the deliberations time which is usually around April. This is when we have to request feedback from our supervisors and create one for all the resources in our team. This is doubly difficult for the leads - we are the ones tasked to complete all the feedback forms. Talk about nosebleed! But this is one task that I really take seriously (no matter how effort and nosebleed it is!) since this is when we recognize (and sometimes point out areas for improvement) our kids' accomplishment and 'fight' for their ratings. After all their hardwork for the year, they deserve it. I work better under pressure. I've started working on the ones assigned to me a couple of days ago. The deadline to complete the feedback is tomorrow so I found myself cramming at the last minute to get everything done. And in fairness, by midnight, I clicked the 'Submit' button of the last AO I had to create. And that's the last of it...ever! This is one thing I won't miss! And with that done, I can now catch some sleep...zzzzzz...
