After 4 years, I met up again with my good friend Normie who's here in Manila for a short vacay. The last time I saw her was back in 2007 in Virginia when I had a short stint in Circuit City. We've been talking about having lunch or dinner at Cibo (our fave!) the moment her Manila trip was finalized and true enough, we found ourselves in Eastwood on this Tuesday evening for our Cibo date.We knew our orders the moment we sat down, without even looking at the menu. We had the Spinaci Zola (Spinach dip) for starters:

accompanied by a cold glass of Lemon Iced Tea:
It was really nice catching up over good food and endless chika. 'Til our next Cibo date! See you again, Norms! :)
