Muffins

One advantage of being on bench is I'm able to go home early leaving me with lots of time in my hands in the evening - enough time to bake! I've been craving for some moist, dense muffins but the Blueberry ones I had earlier from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf was a failure...it was dry and too crumbly. So what's the next best thing? Make them myself! I made Lemon Poppy Seed muffins instead (still need to buy some blueberries!)... After about 15 minutes in the oven, the sweet aroma of lemon filled the kitchen and I have the perfect, moist, golden-brown muffins...

I'm still craving for the blueberry kind but for now, this would do...with a cold glass of milk and I have the perfect midnight snack :)
