I liked the last book I read so much that I went for another YA love story for my next read. It's by Sarah Dessen this time. This is the first time that I read one of her books and I had high hopes based on the reviews I saw. The verdict? Let's just say that I'm thankful I didn't buy a copy of this and was able to just get an ebook for free. The story was just blah! I didn't see the chemistry at all between Macy and Wes, and especially Jason! After reading just a few chapters, I was already so tempted to move on to another book. But maybe it gets better towards the end...so I managed to finish it but unfortunately, it didn't deliver at all. The only consolation is I was able to cross off another one from my list. Hahaha. But I still have the rest of her books (thankfully all ebooks for free!) and with my experience reading this one, I don't think I'll get to them in the near future. Next!
