shopping galore

It's just the first week (7 days to be exact) of the new year but I've already reached my shopping quota for the month! Waaah! When I got myself an advanced birthday gift a few days ago, I told myself that would be my splurge for the month. But just a couple of days later, my sis told me that she's having a box shipped next week so if I wanted anything, I better get them already. So I found myself adding these to my Amazon shopping cart:

I've been wanting to get the Friends complete series for over a year already and it's just $135 (way cheaper than Best Buy) now so straight to the cart it went.

The 1st season of Glee is just $14.99 (from $60!) so hello, second thoughts? I don't think so.

And the 6th season of Grey's is also 50% off (just $19.99 from $40) so obviously, I just had to get it.

I'm up for some major DVD marathon soon! But that's not the end of my shopping spree...just the other day, I saw this:

It's Marks and Spencer's end of season sale and I just can't let this pass! So I went to Glorietta on my way home from work and since it's just the 2nd day of the sale, there were still a lot of good items in my size. I was able to get some pretty good deals! Then yesterday, we had lunch out at Shang. I just had to pass by Marks before going back to the office (ok, I requested that we eat at Shang so I could shop...hihihi) and I was able to get a couple of items again :) Let's just say that all in all, what would have originally cost me about P12k came down to only P7k! Talk about big savings! January is still a long way to go and I doubt that I could stop myself from going to the mall, especially now when everything is on its end of season sale, so what the heck...it's my birthday month anyway (excuses, excuses!) so I'll just shop 'til I drop! I'll just put on the shopping ban next month (yeah right!). Hahaha!
